We worked with Maddie, aka Crochet Cottage, to make these versatile crochet mermaid skirts, which can be worn as skirts or tube dresses!
MEASUREMENTS LAYING FLAT:
L/XL: 17-21" waist, up to 28" hip, 40" length
1X/2X: 19-23" waist, up to 33" hip, 46" length
3X/4X: 20-23" waist, up to 36" hip, 48" length
